Lunch time

Had a delicious lunch today at Flor's house with her children, Jefrain, Orlando Jr., and Sophie. Her other daughter, Thelma, had to work today, and Orlando Sr., her husband, was playing softball with some friends in La Sabana park.  It's started to become a little weekend tradition that we love! Such a special family, and such a blessing to us to have finally found friends like them here. We love you guys!

Flor is quite the cook, and I asked her to write down a few of her recipes for me so I can share them with my friends when we move home: taquitos, lasagna de pollo, hamburguesas, patacones, gallo pinto, ensalada de repollo, tres leches and more! Yummm.
